The point being that PW owned the building, and could decide to pay (or not pay) himself rent. When he sold the company to NS, it came with a rent-paying lease to PW, the payment of which was presumably not optional.
That may have made the difference between going concern and not.

I'm sure it made all the difference in the world. I'm sure I would have established prior to purchase if the building was part of the deal, NS did not and quicky sacked PRW (who had been retained intially as an advisor) when he discovered hed bought less than he thought. He had an option, but not a credible one (find new building).

I'll always bow to your superior knowledge John as you had more PW/NS era TVR's than anyone else I know. Personally I felt there was a big improvement in quality between my 52 Tuscan and my 05 Tuscan 2 and 55 Sagaris. None of them were perfect but the snagging list on the first Tuscan was way longer than the second.

All were brilliant. In fairness the first Tuscan felt the most like it was trying to kill me so perhaps was the more exciting.

Hi Paul,
Got to say our pre NS T-cars were streets ahead of the later cars we had. 2005 Sagaris and Tamora had no warranty work done at all and no snagging required at 1000 mile service (or any others).

Our last car was a very late car and was poor, probably lack of caring from a workforce soon to be jobless, but a body mould issue was my biggest gripe. "Mild " OCD and TVRs probably dont mix well I guess.

When was their last communication? Did they give an indication when their next one would be?

Last I saw was the guy on Facebook saying “watch this space” but that’s continued to be nothing but a blank space since he said it so I suppose he wasn’t lying.
