Dead battery

Arrived at the Chim. Dead battery and cant open car as sets alarm off, any suggestions please

Jack the car up to access the starter motor on the driver's side. If you have a battery charger connect the positive lead to the the large terminal where the thick red wire is attached to the starter motor. Connect the negative lead to a good earth point nearby. You can charge the battery this way.
Or if you have a booster pack, spare fully charged battery, or jump leads, attach the same way and you will have power for the car.

Hi Tom give me a PM if you need to actually get inside the car. The method I found only works on later cars so if your rear number plate is flush it won't work sorry.

Have managed to very slowly break into the car without setting off the alarm. Also managed to get to the battery as well with a jump pack, this did set it off !!!
Anyway reset the alarm but the battery is v dead :-(
New one required
