New TVR still under wraps! (Vol. 3)

purposes only.
Just to set some facts straight. (I am not Les Edgar by the way nor a particular friend but know of him locally by the way of a brief nod of the head should we pass)
The Parrot Inn: Les (or his family) owns the freehold to the pub, along with the the car park at the rear with the 3 shops. (which he rents out). Brunning and Price (part of The Restaurant Group, owners of Wagamamas) lease the pub from Les for which Les receives rent, and a lot of it.
Gatton Manor Golf Club: Les bought the Club from "the Russian Lady" quite some years ago. He has subsequently sold it on at a rumoured tidy profit to a Mr. Daniel Shamoon. (look him up). He is due to put in planning for a complete rebuild of an 80 room hotel. Hardly a refurbishment.
The Farm: The "Dairy Farm" has not seen a cow on it for 25 years. There were a few sheep briefly 20 years ago. Now the land is rented out to a local Horse Stud for grazing about 100 horses. As I walk past, I believe the farm buildings have been converted to newly built housing which Les rents out.
Griffith House: It was mentioned in an earlier post that Les owned this building via an off shore company in the Isle of Man. He paid 650 for it then. It was recently sold for a million. (nice work if you can get it). He most likely rented it to TVR limited in the meantime.
Les also owns houses around the village, for which he receives.... yes, more rent.
All while he lives very comfortably I`m sure, in the moated manor house (estimated value 12 -15 million).
TVR aside, it does seem that Les often comes out of deals smelling of roses.
As for those of you on here that actually do have a financial interest in TVR, I wish you well and hope you get your refund. I would not know how many there are still outstanding. Though I would question someones business acumen in placing a deposit on a non existent car in the first place.
Anyway, a quick word of advice to those of you picking your chilli peppers, please make sure you wash your hands before you to the loo.

He resigned from this company on the 25th October 2024 and it was renamed Hermitage Hotels and Resorts and as said, now wholly owned by Mr Daniel Shamoon assisted by one other director, Justyn Herbert.

Depending on the estimated costs, this could take a few more years/decades/centuries I guess?

You oop North or darn South? Always a compromise between space/heat/light… all the night temps here (Norfolk) for next two weeks are above zero typically 4-6 degrees C… I’ll keep the chilli’s in the kitchen for as long as I can in three inch pots but when they need potting on they’ll have to go live in the greenhouse

I readily admit to not understanding such matters but this says TVR with a link to the company website is a dissolved company since this February. Does this mean it is no more?

I'm waiting for some space for courgettes once I've planted out some more sweetpeas
Bought some new raspberry canes after the previous ones didn't grow, my £1 rhubarb has 2 out of 3 tubers growing
