question about upgrading alarm/central locking

Hi, Does anyone know if you can upgrade the alarm to control the central locking on the 94 chimaeras with the key activated door locks??? If so, is it just a metter of plugging an extra box in or is it more complex and is there anywhere that does it ?? thanks v.much chris

I had a Cat 1 fitted on top of the Alarm on my 94L ( Which I think is a Cat2 Foxgaurd ) and the Fitter linked the two alarms to the one Key Fob, and as the cat 1 did the central locking......... Edited by Jason F on Tuesday 27th March 11:30

No probs, it was about 360 quid for the alarm to be supplied and fitted, and the fitter just told me that he had added it into the existing alarm when he was done.. If you are in/near Essex he was called Alarming Entertainments, and if you want I`ll get you the no. tomorrow

cheers. Not really that close to essex, so dont worry about the number. I'll give my local alarm fitter a call and see if he can do a similar thing. thanks Chris
