Any suggestions? I realised mine has a different make of tyre on each wheel I was thinking of maybe changing from 155x80 to 175x70 - seems to be a popular size from what I've read. This is apparently ok use on the standard 4.5" wheels, but I've been thinking about changing them anyway to some sort of classic style alloy. I rather like the Revolution 5-spoke, but they only make them in 15"

The nicest wheels on a Spit are the 5.5J x 14 "Formula Ford" wheels - identical to Spit wheels but an inch wider. I had 175 x 70 Goodyear Eagles on there and they were excellent in every respect.

A very good idea.

Alternatively Dolomite Sprint wheels are 5.5x13 and fit the car.
