Hi,

Would anyone be able to tell me where i could buy a set of front vented brake discs that would fit a GT6 or Vitesse.

The current calipers have had the conversion spacers fitted that allow for the vented discs to be used but just finding it hard to source them.

Many thanks,

Adam

Ford Capri 2.8i disks, need to be redrilled for the studs. That's what I have.

I believe Citroen Xantia disks may fit - explore Triumph dedicated sites, such as Sideways. http://sideways-technologies.co.uk/forums/index.ph...

You wonder about some people. They ask for help and then ignore it. And "don't accept emails"
HoHum, takes all sorts.

Hi John

Thanks for the suggestions.

Sorry it took me a while but i was away for the majority of April so the project was on the back burner.

However, i have now sourced the correct vented discs.

I got them from Rally Design in Kent who are relatively local to me and used them many times before, although i was unaware that they actually sell brake upgrade kits specifically for the GT6 (as well as many other vehicles).

As a result they also sell the vented discs separately and you have a choice of both plain faced or drilled.

The discs they use are 2.8 Capri discs, which you recommended anyway, but these already have the PCD re-drilled so they are a direct fot the the GT6 hub.

Think they cost £58 exc VAT for a pair of plain faced discs. Which, considering the convenience i was more than happy with.

Hope this is of some use,

Adam
