Fiat 500 - knocking sound when on full lock
Discussion
My girlfriend bought a Fiat 500 6 months ago and after a month noticed that when reversing with full anti-clockwise lock there would be a single clunk from somewhere behind the passenger front wheel when the car moved.
It doesn't do this on every occasion but perhaps 1 in 4 times and only when reversing.
It went back to the main dealer today who acknowledged that it made the sound - which they said was more of a donk than a clunk(!!) - but said it was normal and there was nothing to worry about.
Seems a bit strange to me - has anyone else experienced the same thing? Any suggestions or comments?

Sounds like it could be a suspension arm (lower arm etc.) moving due to a dodgy bush perhaps.
Ding dong, winner. The bushes on the Fiat 500/Panda-chassis lower arms are made of chocolate and can wear fast.
Cheap to replace though, replacement parts are often of better quality.
