You've got at least three threads going about this issue. Can't you pick one and stick with it?

The car shouldn't normally hit the bump stops. That gap looks too small to me and I suspect you would hit the bump stops very easily. You can find whether you're hitting it by putting something in the gap that will leave a witness mark if the bump stop hits. If it is hitting in normal driving, that would explain the harsh ride that you're complaining about on those other two threads.

Well it very much depends how that photo was taken and what loadings are placed on the suspension at the time

Give more detail...and in one thread.

Thanks for your replies.

No, different topics. If you include different issues in one thread, it doesn't follow the original question, instead the subject changes - each thread would have its own solution and anyone who faces the similar problem in the future, they can easily find the answer.

The car was not loaded at the time the pic was taken and the camera lens was positioned at stopper's bottom level.

As has been said above, you don't have 3 problems, you have one, one thread with all info from start to finish is the way forward.

You've got one hell of a knack there for pissing people off who are trying to help you. I gave you detailed advice, googled for specifics on your vehicle, ran calculations to design a test procedure you could run, told you exactly what was wrong with your bump stops and suspension travel and what do you do after all that? Start yet another bloody thread asking for more opinions and you still haven't even paid enough attention to get the names of the parts right after being told what they are. They're bump stops not bumper stoppers FFS!! So you make it very clear in a number of ways we might be better advised to spend our time helping someone else which is what I suspect the people who have tried to educate you already will be doing from now on.
