Actually I said "see no evidence of" because that is grammatically correct.

Had I used the sentence "I have seen no evidence of" then equally that would have been grammatically correct, but then that would have been in the past tense and I was talking in the present tense so you are still wrong.

Capital letters are used to stress words in the written form that would be stressed in the spoken word, if you read it knowing that it helps.
I've read through this topic and think you have spent more than enough time with this, if you know what I mean like

It just doesn't add up, there's something going on but I can't put my foot on it

Amazing.

Member suspects problem with safety critical system on car. Asks forum for opinions and advice.

Advice, opinions and possible diagnoses given.

Member doesn’t like what he/she sees.

Top tip: don’t ever ask anyone for help again. Not that you’ll be able to if you’re drowning in a ditch in an upside down car.

it's a common theme....then usually admins get upset and ban those giving all the best advice because they upset the person asking who just wants to hear what they want to hear.

Seems an odd approach on a technical forum lol

Ignore him OP, you are right, your car is fine. The problem is your leg losing all of its strength occasionally, thus making the pedal feel hard. I'd get it checked out asap before it falls off. Your leg, that is. Your brakes are fine obvs.

Had a similar issue. On drums though, mechanical adjuster was intermittent in failure. Gave the impression there was air in the system because pumping made the pedal firm-up,
