Hi guys, I have a modified Scirocco R and am looking for an upgraded pad now that my YellowStuff are worn.

Does anyone have any current experience with the latest NDX compound? It seems to be the logical option to go for as its a step above the Yellow's.

I have also heard good things about Mintex M1155 but im unsure what the disc/pad wear is like and whats the better option to go for.

Any opinions are appreciated.

Thanks!

Mintex all day

I've had lots of bad experiences with EBC.

Mainly because they are all certified for "road use" (not that it matters at all).

So they lack performance and durability over other brands.

^^^^ Wot they said.

I know you didn't actually mention track, but that is where my experience of them is from.

EBC are no good on track, they start to wear exponentially when you get them hot, never managed a full TD from a set of front yellows.

Haven't used 1155 personally but have used 1144 on the rear of an e36 328 on road & track.
