Triple Brake Line Clips, screw in?

I see a lot of landrovers used triple brake line clips, but they're all push in to a 1/4" hole (or similar). I want to rivnut and screw in the clips where I need them, but I can't seem to find any anywhere. There are loads of different styles of doubles with screws, but not triple.

Has anyone seen them before?

That's pretty steep for a bit of plastic. I wonder whether it would be practical to 3d print them.

I was thinking that myself, but I only need five or six and I want to get it done this week. If I can get away with five then I'll happily share the sixth if anyone wants to give it a bash.
