Eibach lowering springs
Discussion
Hey guys,
I have this question. Found not a bad deal to buy some Eibach springs on my Audi a3 8l 1.6 which weight is 1090kg according to the internet. The deal comes from a guy who has golf mk4 1.9TDI weight 1200kg~. Point is, those springs fits and are good for both cars according to sites which sells those springs new. But, my thoughts are, those are going to even lift my car up, because of lower weight or, just not going to make it lower... Im I right ? Should I go for them ? Spring name : Eibach 218500301VA

For the cost, I don't think it's worth chancing - By the looks of things, they're not the same part number - Getting the wrong ones can truly bugger the handling.
Check in with this catalog, and if the part numbers match for your car, it'll be fine: http://web2.carparts-cat.com/default.aspx?11=279&a...
If not, have a look on autodoc, they tend to sell the kits extremely cheap (Esp. if you wait for a 30% off day)
