2005 Fiesta, has ABS.

MoT fail on corroded brake pipes with advisory on the corrosion of two more brake pipes. The same is true of the bleed nipple and unions on the calipers.

How easy is it to bleed the brakes on this Fiesta? - I've never dealt with ABS before, only conventional braking systems.
Is a diagnostic tool required?

Plan is that whilst replacing one brake pipe I might as well do all three.

There is no real difference except one DO NOT,UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW THE FLUID IN THE SYSTEM TO DRAIN FROM THE ABS PUMP!

In practice, I would crimp the pipe you are replacing at its end closest to the pump to stop fluid leaving the system while you renew the pipe starting from the other end.

Do this for all the pipes you are replacing ensuring you have the reservoir filled up before-hand.

Then connect and bleed them ensuring the fluid level is never allowed to drop significantly.

2-man bleed method is best and even better when done with an eazi-bleed or similar also attached to ensure that air never stands a chance of getting to the pump.
