What bush is this on Advisories

I don't have one of those but I think it has a conventional strut + control arm design. If so the control arm has two pivoting bushes on the inboard end and I guess one of those looks worn or damaged. If you're planning to fix it yourself you are probably familiar enough with the terms to get an explanation from the company that tested it. If you're planning to get somebody else to fix it, the MOT report plus the car to look at should make it obvious.
Usually the lower arm, most common is the rear arm bush. Most common is the rear bush (you don't have to do the whole arm)
