Had two tyres delivered today…

One is looking like this with a flat spot. When inflated will it fix itself or should I send back ?

that's unusual, normally the flat spot on a tyre is at the bottom...

Tyres aren't designed to be bounced around without air in them so you can damage the steel belts if you do with enough force. I suspect it'll pop out when inflated and be fine but I'd probably be sending that back, depending on what I'd paid for it and what I was doing with it.
