Annoying Bonnet Dent Removal

Some nice person has sat on the front of my car, right on the end of my bonnet, and put in a dent measuring about 7cm across. Unfortunately it's right on the part of the bonnet above the latch so won't press out from underneath.
Any suggestions for a pain-free dent removal will be most welcome (pain-free for me that is, if I find out who it is that keeps sitting on my car whilst it's parked at work they're going to find out what it feels like to be covered in dents).
