Need to tidy up my BMW 535D (MY08/E61 M Sport Tourer) as I'm probably going to put it up for sale shortly and it's a bit battle scarred.
Remove front bumper, repair crack and crease, full respray as there's more scuffs on it, refit.
Respray mirror cover as the clear coat has flaked off it (probably been repaired before).
Sort out medium scuff on rear bumper, this may well largely polish out.
£515 for cash? Too much or about right?

My local paint chappie charges £125 per panel for re-spraying to a wet glass finish. That is with me removing all the trim etc. In the case of a bumper, me removing from car and stripping any trim parts that do not need spraying and me refitting.
He is a one man operation working out of some pretty basic premises, but turns out quality work. I would think your quote is about right.

If it helps, I'm having the front bumper on my E Class repainted this week due to a mark that was on it when I bought it and some paint that bubbled under the headlight.
That's costing me £230 cash from my local bodyshop. I'd anticipate costs being around £150-200 per panel and maybe a bit more for a bumper or place that has trim to be removed.

In the real world there is no 'price per panel' as cars have different sized panels and every job is different, it all comes down to an hourly rate of what the job will take plus paint and materials, without knowing the state of your crack repair you could gauge your full job at around 10hrs,
