Learning PDR

Hi all

looking for some advice, Decided id like to try my had a PDR (Paint less Dent Removal) Im located in Glasgow and was wondering if their is anyone who can recommend a class or online tutorials or hands on experience. I know this is regarded as a bit of a black art in some circles but im competent in most body work aspects except paining ( yet to learn this but i am going to be soon ). it reason im looking to learn is purely a personal thing i dont work in any car trade but enjoy working with my hands and enjoy learning new skills.
