Alloy cleaning and scratch removal

Hi,

I recently had a curbed alloy sorted out and after receiving the car I notice there are some scratches on my focus ST3 black alloys and the general colour of the alloy looks faded. I have tried cleaning it and its not coming up sparkling black like they used to be. Couple of questions:

1) any recommendations on how I can bring back the original black sparkling colour?
2)any recommendations on how to remove the fine scratches from the alloys? They are not deep scratches, just surface ones

DA with a soft pad and a finishing polish to begin with.

Step up to medium pad (same polish) if need be.

Once back to full gloss try a simple sealant like optiseal and use a shampoo instead of wheel cleaner.
