So two questions really.

What's the best shampoo for ceramic coated cars? Had mine ceramic coated a few months ago, car lives outdoors gets a good clean every few weeks but doesn't seem to bead as well as it did, maybe my current shampoo is killing the coating.

Secondly, I have a large DI vessel probably 6 months old, I use a 2 bucket method both buckets filled from the tap, the DI vessel is used for rinsing, snow foam etc. However, I am noticing water marks again... I was hoping it would have lasted longer than it has, do I need to replace the resin already?

It's something like the one in the below link (11 ltrs from memory), I've unscrewed the top and there's basically a tube connected to the inlet/outlet, how do I remove the resin, and how do I refill this and maintain a hole for the tube to be refitted??

The coating used should have products to compliment it but if you want to try something this is very good with clogged up coatings.
All their products are very good and I’ve recently filled my shelves with them!

For ceramic specific shampoos you have the likes of CarPro Reset, which is aimed to rejuvenate clogged coatings. I've not had to use this yet myself, I maintain mine with Ph neutral wax free shampoos, I use a few but Koch Chemie GSF is my preference.

As for the DI vessel, the resin life span in entirely government by frequency of use and how hard your water is, there is nothing you can do to get around it so if you're ppm values are rising then you will need to replace.

CarPro Reset or Feynlab Pure Wash are the best two shampoos for ceramic coated cars.

With regards to the DI vessel, the recommendation i was given was to buy a 2nd filter and use the original as a pre filter by putting them in sequence. I was advised this is the most most efficient method of using. Whether it works or not I cannot verify but certainly my latest filter is lasting significantly longer than the first.
