Needed: Someone to fit & spray my new front bumper

I've got a 996 Turbo and I want to replace the front bumper with a 996 GT2 one. I've found a supplier but need to get a quote for:
- removing the old bumper
- spraying in Artic Silver and fitting the new one

Any recommendations near Dartford in Kent please?
