Hopefully my PR comes through in a couple of months but then I'll have to get and Aussie one and I'll have 12 lovely points ready to transfer over!

Hi all hope you can help i have been in uk for over 2 years ( From Australia) i exchanged my Aust Licence for a uk Licence i had to send my Aust licence to DVLA .now i am going back to aust to live i want to know can i get my old Aust licence back it is still valid for 2 more years my uk licence is just to drive a car .but the australia licence i can drive trucks buses ect ect .can i get my Australian licence back ????

If you wish you can still keep your UK licence when you get back to Oz and just go to RTA and tell them your Oz licence expired and you want to get it again, if you can remember your licence number that will help. They just take a new pic and re-issue it for you on the spot. You then will have 2 licences, quite handy !
