One of the things I enjoy about living here is the weird and wonderful personal plates that I see on a daily basis.

The UK guys have a got a thread for theirs, so I though I'd start one for us - post them up - they can be good, bad or ugly, and photos are optional.

A few I've seen over the years that have stuck with me are:

GRZWLD - on a Toyota people carrier thing
IM2LOW - on a C124 Mercedes (which was lowered)
123456 - Toyota Landcruiser
NYTVPR - on a Civic (not particularly special but amuses me thinking of them as the "Night Viper" when they cruise in their ancient Civic)
ROLLZZ - RR that a guy at work used to own

and today's was
80GAN - bright green SSV Ute.

JUGGRNAUT. Seen on a silver R35 GTR earlier.

First time I saw it it had flashing blue lights sat behind it. When I drove past 15 minutes later it was being loaded on to a low loader...someone's having a bad day.

CITRON on a Citroen C5 - not sure if the owner was aiming for a shorter version of 'CITROEN' or just being ironic.

There's a Citroen thing (small with a targa type roof) near us with the plate "GAYLEZ1" driven by a lady with very short hair (not that her looks have anything to do with the plate of course!)

Both in Vic around Dec/Jan time.

KOLEOS on a Renault Koleos, viewed from the rear its placed literally 5cm below the factory badging.

FECK IT on a Range Rover. Given VicRoads bureaucracy, an absolute gem.

This one made me laugh. Assuming it was for and applied without her knowledge. Hopefully when the car arrived new.

I used to see a bright yellow S1 RX-7 with the number plate TOUCAN

The female driver had a very large nose so someone had a sense of humour

This week's best one. A Boxter:

ORSCHE

With a red P plate tucked under the LH end of the plate smile

My son had TR8 on the Triumph TR8, when he had it registered in Victoria.
