Classic ROH mag wheel?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if this is a rare wheel? Thought I'd ask before it goes to the big scrap heap...

It says Reg Design Appln. ROH F 9/5 389. 5.5. 15N. Max wheel load 1000kgs. Made in Australia on the inside of the rim.
