Anyone know of C363 RPC? an HPE VX that I restored and then had to sell towards a house deposit. Doesn't seem to have been mot'd since then but it was in excellent condition. Had a distinctive set of Ronal A1 wheels on it that are pretty rare in this country.

I have a garaged HPE volumex Reg A110BBD lying in my garage as a parts car as not economical for me to restore. I need the space but cant quite convince myself to sell.

Realistically, how good and how bad is it? What level of project? Total rebuild? Major refurb? Big recommission? Tinker? MOT and go?

Checking in the Lancia Beta journal , page 71 long term test originally in sporting cars looks to be this very car a 426 lko run by Philip Young for 12k miles- this was a 6k report
"...it performed more like a three litre"
The exact same colour as my old HPE VX A236MRW
It would be great if someone could put it on the road

Mechanically looks fine but body-wise will need full restoration: as my original intention was to buy it for the drivetrain, I have not even looked at the underside, etc and now it is boxed in by numerous Alfa and some Lancia engines, i cant even open the doors!

OK thanks, I will give that one a miss if you don't mind. I hope that the Alfa goes well.

Does anyone have any news on the grey one posted on the previous page? Is it actually for sale?

Give Al a ring and ask. He's possibly the most cheerful and chatty man I've ever met. Be great to see it brought back to it's former glory.

The Trevi might be the car that calls into question the need for "how many left" to be changed to "is there one left"?
There was I think a Trevi VX kicking about many years ago. I wonder what happened to that?

The grey Volumex needs a fair bit of going over and I cannot take it on, as I have Beta Coupe project on the go, and a Jaguar XJS project stalled and going nowhere. The VX is saveable, and someone here should maybe have a pop.
