Good Lord are those still there? I used to drive past this house in my GT6 so that’s at least 30 years ago. Thinking about it, they were there well before then. Amazed the place has not been done up yet but it’s a funny part of town. Although the whole city has gone peculiar now.Have you noticed the 'Nice One.' graffiti that has appeared at certain key locations around the city?
I dray for Arbor Ales, one thing I really enjoy about the job aside from the massive amounts of free beer is the chance to explore the city properly. PM me if you want a box or two of beer.
I thought it was all Citroens in that place unless there’s another one! Always kept an eye on the one at the front - genuine bbs split wheels that are worth a pretty penny even in that condition..
Lots of ‘Nice One’ around but even more ‘Jesus Saves’!

Yeah that's the one, on the left as you head down. Looks much more overgrown now and I think there used to be even more cars there, all Rover P4s, Citroen DS and CX. At one time there was a similar place up past the Memorial ground, on Wellington Hill, with actual piles of Reliant three-wheelers in the garden. Bet the neighbours loved that. And not far from that was an old chap with an actual steam roller on his drive.Have you noticed the 'Nice One.' graffiti that has appeared at certain key locations around the city?

Can't say I'd noticed 'Nice One' about, maybe it's not made it to the Centre yet. Very happy to relieve you of free beer, will drop you a line. Suspect I'm on your round anyway, there's usually a Matthew Clarke / Nectar / LWC / Butcombe dray outside our office.

Agreed - I doubt that there were many Sovereigns fitted with wires originally (if these are original-fit), nor 420s for that matter. I've always thought thatvthe 420/Sovereign was a much underrated car.
I imported my wire-wheeled 420 from the 'States. Most (all?) sold there had wire wheels.badhuis said:

Decent steer back in the day. I had one as a loaner between co cars - 2.0 SRI. With firmer suspension and sporty seats, they were a very pleasant. Well put together as well. Probably a better can than the pov spec BMW 3 series I had ordered but what's a thrusting 20 something exec expected to do! SS427 Camaro said:
This sad looking VW has been Sat deteriorating for some years in Maldon Essex, joined by the Audi. What a waste of parking space.

There is another photo of this bus in use, but the owner of the photo is threatening anyone who posts it.
