That XJ12 needs some love. However with it being such a rare model, I’m sure it would be worth it. Moreover the XJ40 shape is suddenly becoming cool.

Proton Satria GTI. Quite a capable car in its day with great handling and recaro front seats fitted as standard - but let down by its mediocre interior (bar the seats) and lukewarm Mitsubishi engine!

It was/is the same at Calais: Brits on the p1ss Eurotour, dumping the big old cruiser and ferrying home as foot passengers. When I first went in '77 I spotted Zephyrs and Rover 2000's etc, plates removed and abandoned.

Is the driver's window down as well? Looks like it!

Interior can't be very good now then...

Yes, open to the elements at present. I could do with a wing mirror glass off it!

I still love these – sad to see such an aspirational thing in such a state. I was brought up to look after my toys.

Not sure on this fits the thread, which I spotted this morning. Failed last MOT in 2021, with no remedial records. Looked quite tired. But surely not left to die.....just resting to be bought back in the future....

Been there since 2035

Yes but the Met Office has issued thunderstorm warnings, so someone might get lucky...
