I saved a picture (sad guy that I am) of a 130 coupe red interior that was for sale on one of the sites a few years ago … I think I still have it and will have a look.

Friend of mine had a beige one in the late 70s. He also had a 124 sport. Strange for someone who was a staunch Rover P5 fan, but neither of the Fiats were kept for long.

Yes, looks like a 96 being eaten by the bushes. The Merc 190 is could be a genuine 2.5-16 or a cooking one with a body kit but the state of the nearside front arch shows you how they love to rust. The cobwebs will be holding it together!

Well spotted that man, on closer inspection has a sunroof, headrests F&R, headlight wipers. Hopefully a Merc expert will be along soonly and confirm.

Check out these one seaters, they have been there for at least six years and never move.

They retail for £6000 apparently, and the spec is far more generous than on many roadgoing cars;

'PK' is the code for 315 Squadron RAF, a Polish squadron. I reckon that white square ahead of the front wheel arch was the Polish insignia.

Having now gone down a rabbit hole, at the time of D-Day (when aircraft would be wearing invasion stripes, per the knackered Cavalier) 315 was flying the Mustang Mark 3. Based at Brenzett in Kent they were heavily involved in operations intercepting incoming V1s*. I'm pretty sure they weren't a fighter-bomber squadron but may be wrong.

*'Diver, Diver, Diver!' (from where I recalled this info) is an excellent book about the operations against V1s, and tells the story almost entirely through pilots' log-book extracts.

Anyway, sorry for the diversion, back to old-wrecks.

Both the RO80 and the Multipla look saveable (though not sure how desirable the Multipla is, you don't see many around)

Edit:

A little digging and the Multipla MOT expired in June 2019 though it sailed through its 18 test with merely an advisory "disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened* on front and back (well it did initially fail on a side light out) has done 175k. Well run in then.

RO80 last MOT in 2009 and it has quite a bit of work to get it through the test in 08 including structural welding. Might not be an "easy" save...
