Spotted this late last week in a scrapyard in Sandwich, Kent.
Seems a sad ending for a P6, always quite liked these..
Not sure if this is against forum rules but it has a few more days until it meets its maker so if anyone wants to rescue it for parts they can be contacted on 01304613198
Not my car or business etc etc

Safe to say, that perhaps this Rover will end up as razor blades ... not every classic is worth saving, even a V8 P6.

That looks like it's been used for banger racing. It's already had it's swan song.

These have been here for a while now, the white one looking a little more green and moss covered last week.

As it appears on that website it would seem to have been there for a while. Is it a Bandvagn?
BV206, essex V6 power.

Bandvagn and BV 206 are the same thing. The engine was originally the Cologne V6 but they also had Mercedes and Steyr diesels fitted!

Not been banger raced - all the glass would've been removed if it had - BUT it might still be - would rather it be raced 1st than straight in a crusher
if that's where it's about to go

I stumbled across this the other day, up a country lane on the way to nowhere. I have to be honest, I'm not even 100% sure what it actually is. Or was! Bedford CF?

Mystery thing by Nick Liassides, on Flickr

What you see there is pretty much all that's left of it! It looks like it was a pickup or commercial of some kind originally, possibly been used as a wood store until the hedge grew up and started claiming it back to the soil

The last one is the really interesting one, it’s been under the tarp for at least two years now.
