Good guess, but no, that's an old 5 Series.

Surprising given what they’re fetching these days, even if it’s a rough one.

Last MOT in 2007, 12,170 miles on the clock

You're 12 hours and 51 minutes late to the party! (From yesterday):

Shame about the Sierra and Maestro. The Alpina is lovely too.

I wonder if that Maestro is a Turbo or EFi

Hardly a "classic" but definitely left to rot....

Google maps shows that it's been there for at least 11 years.

Why does the exhaust look so shiny and new? That's a bit odd?

It's OK that way around - the owner kept the MOT going but didn't tax it to use it. The ones that puzzle me are where the car has obviously been taxed without an MOT, like that Ferrari that crops up here from time to time, parked on a London street.

not sure if this is classed as a classic yet, being a 96 car, but i believe they are relatively rare and its definitely rotting!

I can finally contribute to this thread, while not classics these have been languishing here for at least 2-3 years!!!

And before any smartarses say there's only one, there are two more in front of it!!!

So you admit they're not classics, but because they've been dumped somewhere, you decide to put the in the "Classics left to die/rotting pics - Vol 2" section any way?

What next? - A 2018 Mondeo that has been parked in a pay and display car park an hour past the expiry time on it's parking ticket? confused

Well firstly they're not dumped, they are in fact on someone's drive, secondly who died and left you in charge? And finally, there are several other posts on previous volumes of fairly modern cars left to rot.
