Just posting this link (hope it works) following on from the general consensus on PH that Black Box insurance is a disgrace, dreadful, the work of the devil etc. But perhaps it works?

Edit: Link doesn't work unless you register, but basically, a 35% reduction in KSI accidents for 17-19 y/olds with BB insurance.
