Can anyone name the motor vehicles that were “mass produced “ in the Fone Revive shop 125+ years ago. Probably the 1st all British mass produced cars in the UK.

Stevens, presumably.

Other than being one of the first, and from Bristol, I know nothing about them.

Presumably this is the car that was made there. Georgano reckons only a few were made.

That is a replica and sits in the middle of six-ways roundabout Clevedon. Check out Clevedon cars an coffee.
I believe a total of 14 cars were made, which would have been “ mass production” back then.

Great spot.

The XJS seems to be sporting what looks like an odd set of wheels, maybe of a later Jaguar.

The person behind the Triumph, checking the times of the next Ferries, having stocked up on essentials.

Both look ratty, (patinated) in a good way

Love the list and the need for extra carrying capacity, next time someone posts, what the best car for …………..

This had patina…and lichen…and probably mould.

Looks like it was originally a sort of brown before being painted white (badly).

Still cool though.

I reckon they could be the XJR wheels from an X300/8 era although they would be ginormous on an XJ-S

Not concours but far from scruffy MGB GT communting near Rochester earlier.

It’s how I remember them being, a bit down at heel but working in daily use.

Nice to see!

I didn't get photos as I was driving but last Friday I saw a Red 300SL convertible near Silverstone followed by a DB4 GT Zagato.

The 300SL (it had he lights and the side strakes so wasn't a 190!) had the numberplate 3HYP which brings this up on the DVLA...

Hopefully a real one!

They look like they may be 'Revolver' alloy wheels from the XK8.
