That's a 190, so a W201 not a W124 but it is lovely - they still look elegent

Well in my untenable defence i wasn’t born when they were around and with no badging i was unsure between the pair, i obviously picked the wrong chassis denomination

I shall be sure to spend my evening disciplining myself over such matter with a 3 hour revision session

Via Carsized the AM & 924 are pretty much the same height & similar length. The AM's much wider though @ 1.94m vs 1.68

A Phase II 306 XSI 5 door in Diablo Red - very cool. I used to run a similar thing as a demonstrator. A great car to drive with a really good balance between ride and handling, typical of Peugeot at this time. Where did it all go wrong?

My father in law is like that. We took him on safari in Kenya back in 2005. He came back with a load of out of focus pictures, one of a lion's bum and half a zebra

With no idea what it was, I approached the car to discover the owner was inside. Not only that, he was happy to chat.

It's a 1955 Maserati Barchetta homage based on a Z3. Homage is my word, not his. The company who converted the Z3 - whose name I've forgotten - built nine, I think he said.

The company now use the Z4 in their current range of conversions, because the Z3 is getting scarce.

My sister’s boyfriend in the mid ‘70s had one in Blaze with a very dark blue interior. To me as a 15yo it was bloody quick!
