Looks a bit like the paddock at Shelsley Walsh, although it's been a while since i've been.... paperbag

Lovely Escort too cool
It’s fabulous isn't it. I do love a bubble-arched Mk 1 smile

Dapster, if you'd gone a bit further down that road you would have seen the Starsky & Hutch Skoda! and Beetle amongst a couple of other cars rotting on a driveway. frown
This was a few doors down - is this the Beetle?

Also a dead E36 Coupe as well

Plus this collection of faded glory barges

Matt blue 900, late model W123 and a pre facelift R107 SL under the tarp

I love those as well, never owned a mk1 but sometimes looking at such bubble arched with extra power escorts, best with upgraded rear axles/suspension? and say a cosworth engine, although a well tuned almost 200hp 2.0L could be enough perhaps?

I think I also would like a nice cage a bit rally style but then nicely made for the road, so not seats with 'ears' not to die-hard 100% rally, but more a fast rally-ish restomod escort mk1 in street clothing with say between 200-400hp

That's the one. There's been something else tucked away at the back there under a tarp for a while.

lovely, choices choices :-)
Their fast road and track base + options could be it, or sort likes, nice toys.
