Does anyone else have major problems trying to operate the ACO website ?

I'm managing to login but thats about as far as i can get. How do you purchase tickets with the ACO members discount ?

cheers.

It’s seems sensitive to what device you’re using.

It doesn’t work well with iPad/iPhone (all latest gen / iOS updates etc). Certain buttons don’t appear.

Tried on an admittedly old lap top with old system and it didn’t work either.

I'm having same problem. Bought the 60e membership, received email confirming this, but then once logged into the ACO ticketing site its just offers me the 100e and 210e options to get the premium membership. The 40% discount has no drop down for the 2 tickets. Tried on numerous devices/browsers and emailed the ACO but don't hold out for a quick response. I did try to join the 60e membership again and it recognised my existing membership. Not sure if I'm just being a spanner.

No, the site is merde!

Two of us spent over an hour trying to but tickets with our three ACO memberships. Gave up and rang instead. Took another three phone calls and another hour to get it right.

With the huge cost of tickets, accommodation and travel it's getting less likely I will bother with The Classic and 24Hr in the future.

Not just me then, good to know. Will ring them next week and get it all done then, gives me the weekend to decide on where to lay me head for The Classic.

Had some fun booking Raccordement seats on Saturday. Couldn't register email as already had some details and then had to change lots of things away from default nationality and living in France,

Highlighting desired seats and putting number of seats required seemed to double numbers so deleted, started again and chose new seats. Seat rows and numbers only revealed when paid and had odd seats.

All sorted by ringing ticket office this morning - excellent staff and great English.
