Apart from the Viva all of those are on the same estate
Where abouts are all these motors? Sad to see a bunch of XJS's being stockpiled.Apart from the Viva all of those are on the same estate
There are garages there so maybe they are providing spares to other cars.

That'll be soon lifted by a council truck and sent to the crusher then
EDIT: Surprised it has been reported already by a local as an abandoned vehicle - the tax doesn't have to be out of date for it to be abandoned!

My car is taxed, MOT and insured for the next year. I go abroad for six months to work and leave the car legally parked and complying with all highway regulations and the local council can come and "lift it"??

Yup... Here's Hounslow Councils stance, but most will be the same. http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/index/transport_and_str...My car is taxed, MOT and insured for the next year. Make sure it's not parked anywhere that would give anyone reason to report it!
That is indeed worrying and, to me, seems somewhat draconian
A typical council paragraph "If a vehicle is taxed or in a very good condition and is of some substantial value, it is unlikely to be abandoned. If the vehicle has not moved for a period of time we will monitor it by checking with the police and DVLA to see if it is stolen."
What do they class as substantial value??? Perhaps if anyone is in the hypothetical situation I put forward they should put a big sign in the windscreen saying the car is not abandoned but the owner is away - trouble with that is though it's a big signal for the local yobs and / or thieves to do their worse.
So if the law don't get you the villans will - oh joy.
