Indeed. Goggomobil - a German microcar from the 50s. Car in the background is a 32 Lanchester 18.

Evry nice David, Riley One-Point-Five was my first car, and it was blue! Bought it for a fiver and it was fine until my brother stamped on the brakes too hard and the suspension came up through the inner wings rofl
