Netflix Italia - any good for English language films/output

Any Italy residents here who subscribe to Netflix Italia? I have an IP TV subscription in Italy but it is a bit clunky and very expensive and, having discovered Netflix in the UK, was wondering if the Italian offering was broadly similar and what the English language output was like.

I can see from the advert blurbs that you can in principle toggle to English on a lot of programmes but I was wondering what the reality was re quality and choice.

Any views, please?

Most films will have the original language option even often the subtitles too.
