Can anybody help and recommend a hotel in or near the centre of Amsterdam, with secure car parking? Thanks.

Many of the hotels in Amsterdam have public car parks close by which are reasonably safe and secure - manned 24x7, camera monitoring.

The only central hotel with its own secured parking I can think of immediately is the Hotel Okura - but not sure how much you want to spend

Last week we drove to Folkestone, through the tunnel, stayed for a night in Bruges and then to Amsterdam for a 3 night stag party, then drive back in one hit. We booked into the NH Collection, Barbizon Palace hotel, in central Amsterdam which we booked specifically because it had secure underground parking.

Problem was when we arrived the porters said that my car (Ferrari FF) was too wide for their car lift .... So we had to park in the public car park which was 15 mins walk away and left the car for 3 nights. The car park was underground and the car was fine and it has large spaces so no door dings.

Hotel was in a brilliant location, right in the thick of the bars and restaurants and the rooms were very good (room 553).

Picture below shows hotel in top left and the car park marked by a pin.

[edit, just noticed age of the topic getmecoat but may help future travellers]

I was under the impression the hotel was further into Amsterdam than it is and was trying to avoid the drive in.
Now flying so not an issue, but thanks for the advice.
