I thought it might be an idea to have a separate thread for UAV videos, rather than stills. So here is one.

I've done a bunch over the past two years using the DJI Phantom 3. Here's the latest:

(spot the deliberate mistake at 1:22 - cough)

Feel free to add.

My first attempt at a Hyperlapse Video, apart from the wonky horizon I don't think it's too bad. biggrin

Good work in the forest... I know how tricky that is!

Whatever composer you used for the music was obviously on a repeated and disturbing drug type A. wink

I wish they'd catch up with the other forums and put thumbnails on here when you link to a video.

Thanks. At the moment I'm spending more time writing software for the damn thing than flying it. biggrin

So caveats first - this 25 second video is:

My first go after buying a Mavic Pro

Devoid of music

Using an Instagram filter

But I thought the shotnitself was quite nice..

https://youtu.be/RAIoVPrwlwg

It's a flight through a pergola on a ridge on Lantau (Hong Kong).

A video of Stoer Lighthouse taken with my Inspire 2. Was extremely windy, but the Inspire was rock solid?

My Inspire 1 deals with winds well too. Are you aware that Stoer Head Lighthouse is for sale? Might be worth offering your footage for a price.

^Interested to hear which you prefer, and how the compare? I withered between the Mavic, P4P and Inspire as an upgrade for my P3S. Went for the Inspire. I love it, but its bloody bulky to carry around

This was a quick effort from me, all shot with my P3S.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiRbI6AUAac

Need to try and get another one made up with the Inspire

Great video thumbup I prefer to fly the Inspire as i find everything about it easier to use, that said. The Mavic really does fill the gap when it comes to portability. Both have their good and bad points but if i had to have one or the other it'd be the Inspire.

Here's one with me playing with my Hexo+ which is an autonomous drone that follows you via a bluetooth connection to your phone.

I've not seen footage from the Hexo before, and what a great place to shoot.

Here's a very quick edit playing with completely manual flight deep in the woods - no GPS, no obstacle avoidance and a nervous pilot biggrin

https://youtu.be/FOazKyQ8nXI

I've got some nice footage I'd like to edit but for some reason the new Lightworks release is only picking up the first few minutes of each video.
