111R - loss of power on high lift cam

Hi! Did you get this problem sorted out after?

Im having problems with my 111R since i fitted new (rebuilt) engine, the car will warm up and change cam but hit a dead limiter at 6500rpm (Cold limit is 5000ish), i have bought and fitted new "lift bolts" and removed both oil control valves and tested them on a 12v power supply, and they are both operating perfectly, both OCV filters have also been checked and are not blocked.. i have checked fuse R6 in the engine bay and this is fine... im out of ideas, anyone able to help me please?

P.S I am based in Ireland where there is now no official Lotus Dealer since Linders of Chapelizod have closed the lotus business so my only option is to bring it to a Toyota dealer who are very hesitant to deal with a Lotus.

The bloody thing just decided one day that it wasn't going to do it any more, and hasn't since - so I'm none the wiser as to what the actual problem was. Infuriating!

I know the feeling! I'd like to get it on a dyno somewhere that knows them, just to be sure it's now making all the power it should, but it definitely feels right. If you do get to the bottom of yours, I'd be very interested to know what it is.
