I did, and that would be my first alternative, but for me it important not to get something that would upset the neighbours, so it was worth a lot to be able to speak to the man making it and discuss my requirements. Jim can be a little elusive, and the lead times can vary depending on what he's already got in stock and what needs to be built to order, so it's probably easier just to get something else off the shelf, but personally I think it was worthwhile.

Best thing about the sport pack is the forged wheels and the sport seats (harness holes). They are the biggest plus of the sport pack in my opinion. I have a touring pack on my car, but have added the forged wheels in black and it does make the car look much better

Exhaust wise, go Larini. Noise is really important to me and after trying many different exhausts the larini gives the best quality exhaust note in terms of quality/not too droney etc

Thanks Mike. I take it the Larini is more droney than stock? How does it sound at very low speed and a gentle cruise? I'm after a deeper startup with a bit of a rumble if possible!

Can't comment on Toyota and larini combo, but I have a clubsport and sports cat hanging off a ratty one k series.

It's very loud, to the point that I have earplugs for the motorway.

Toyota engine coupled with Larini is different. More refined. Yes it is louder of course than standard, but does not drone. Lotus stage II exhaust drones and is horrible. Larini will scream, pop and bang when you give it the beans, but it absolutley fine cruising around and at motorway speeds, (i've never needed ear plugs)

I see you've posted across on SELOC, so you'll get some good advice on there as well
