Does anybody know this Elise?

Hi guy, first post for me! I write form italy, and I'm searching an Elise. As there are few interesting Lotus cars for sale in Italy, I'm looking in the UK.
It will also be the occasion to come and collect the car in person and have a short trip in your beautiful country.

the price looks interesting, maybe too low even...

Before I ask my man in England to inspect the car for me, does any of you know anything about it?

Was discussed recently on seloc. General opinion was it is a nice car reasonably priced and only the (relatively) high mileage seems to go against it. Personally as long as the car has been well looked after mileage doesn't bother me personally - it's the garage queens with low mileage that often cause the most trouble.

thanks, I'll take a look on Seloc. I agree, mileage is not a big problem if the car was maintained properly. 55.000 miles is not that much anyway. It means about 85.000 km. Hard to find 10 years old cars with less miles on them...

It'll probably need a suspension refresh soon, but other than that it looks pretty decent.
