Exige V6 usb points etc.

My Exige has a USB plug over on the passengers side to the left of the glove shelf, and a blanked off hole on the drivers side.
Can any LHD or RHD car owners confirm that I would find an easy to tap into 12V supply/plug on the loom on the RHS of the car?
Mine is not a track car and I would like a sat nav power point and ideally another 12V power point for phone etc.
So does the RHS of the loom has a plug??

Can't help you on the exact details of what you're asking, but the USB port will be running from the headunit, and USB is 5V, not 12V, so there won't be any duplicated or useful wiring there related to the USB.

Most electronic items can run through USB assuming the connection on the device end isn't proprietary.

I would normally install a cigarette lighter socket with a USB insert so it could be either.
AFAIK the USB is not an insert but I haven't checked.
I was fingers crossed about redundant wiring being there.
The stereo has a separate USB.
