Dublin Airport Transfer Times

Hi

Im meeting a group of pals in Dublin tomorrow night

They get in mid afternoon but my flight touches down at 7pm

Assuming I have hand baggage only and pass through the airport without incident to a cab rank at what time would you guess Id safely arrive at my hotel near Trinity College?

Thanks in advance - Im trying to work out what time to book a restaurant

Last time I was there, there are buses straight outside the terminal that fly in to the city in around half an hour. Dirt cheap too, and possibly faster than a cab, or at least close enough, as they are quite close together.
