Understandably it depends on income and a host of other details but......

What do lads think is reasonable for insurance these days in relation to a relatively quick motor say between 150 - 200 hp.

Whats the most guys have blown on a premiums?
How much would you be willing to pay say for your dream car ect...

If you don't mind disclosing such information

A the moment I drive a 1.9 tdi passat but with a new job I can finally afford something along the lines of a 2.0 litre petrol however I'm looking at somewhere between 100 - 150% increase....not sure I can donate such funds to the insurance boys and still look myself in the mirror in the morning......however waking up to a view of something other than a diesel outside the window would help immensely

24, 6 years NCB, Accord Type-R - Paying just under 650 for the year. Very happy with it to be honest, and that also includes open drive which is not only rare at my age but incredibly useful!

Delighted.
