Jerky under light throttle

Had a drive out to Wales yesterday, about 60 miles in to the trip my tuscan became very jerky under light throttle and coming of the throttle. On the way back the efi warning popped on. In the last 3 years i have changed the lambdas and both tps. Any ideas folks

That happens when the fueling is out. Probably too lean at light throttle. Check the throttle balance first
