Speed Six Diagnostics software - on old laptop

I used to have a 2000 X Reg TVR Tuscan and I just found the laptop with the diagnostics software on it in the garage.

Is this worth anything to anyone, or are there much more modern and better alternatives?

Is there a Win10 version with a USB based cable out?
