Best Underseat Subwoofer?

After the best underseat sub for my first car, don't really want to have an external amplifier. My budget is £150
Any suggestions?

I had a Pioneer tswx120a in an MR2 roadster, worked really well.

i have a JL Audio W3v3 under my drivers seat of my Transporer in the audio set up (Focal Components and this sub run through a 5 channel Genesis amp). For an 8'' woofer it packs a beastly punch.
