Fitting Parrot CK3100 to Ford S Max. No Power!

I'm fitting (or trying to) a CK3100 to my recently acquired 2007 S Max with standard Ford CDC 6006 radio. I've got a SOT 092 lead. Plugged all in and nothing comes up on the screen of the parrot. I've put a meter on the leads and looks like I'm getting power to the blue box. Could the box be faulty or am I doing something wrong? Have tried switching the orange and red fuse lines.
ETA seem to be getting well over 12volts according to the meter. That can't be right can it?
